Shipping & Handling
Most stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For MSS to fulfill your order as efficiently as possible, we require that your delivery details are accurate. MSS are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdirected as a result of an inaccurate address being provided.
MSS reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). Credit card orders will not be shipped until all information has been verified and matched.
All other orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. International tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the shipping costs you pay when you place an order with MSS.
MSS ship worldwide, excluding embargoed countries. Due to the large area we cover, we partner with a number of trusted freight carrier companies. The carrier used for your shipment depends on the product and exact delivery address. Unfortunately, MSS are unable to offer different shipping options. When orders are placed, estimated delivery dates are based upon the availability of the item(s) and the final shipment destination.
All claims for errors or damages must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. Shipping errors not reported within this timeframe may not be corrected.
All claims for damaged products must be made with the shipping carrier. If you notice that the package is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment at the door.
If the box shows signs of damage, immediately inspect the contents. Do not use or install the product until inspected by the shipping carrier. Report the damage to MSS within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all shipping packaging materials for carrier inspection. MSS cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.
Prices exclude shipping or handling charges, unless otherwise noted. All prices shown on our site are in UK Pound Sterling currency. While we do our best to keep all prices accurate and inventory levels up to date, all prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
All orders must be paid in full before we can process your shipment. We do not offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD) or Billing Services. We accept the following forms of payment: debit card, charge card, credit card.
Value Added Tax
All orders shipped to a European address are subject to the current UK VAT rate for goods
and shipping. Orders shipping to an address outside Europe are currently not subjected to UK VAT.
